Shipping And Returns


  • Domestic

    We offer STANDARD and EXPRESS shipping options to all customers within Australia. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order to us. We use Australia Post for our delivery service.

  • International

    For international customers, we offer a flat rate of $50 Express Shipping or $25 standard Shipping worldwide.


VURDAN is happy to offer a refund on purchases that are unused and in the same condition that you received them, (excluding personalised items) within 14 days of purchase.

The following conditions apply:
  • Merchandise must be returned to VURDAN within 14 days of purchase.
  • All items must be returned in the original packaging. with a valid proof of purchase.
  • Return address is: Zoope Pty Ltd, 15/40 Harold Street, Hawthorn East, VICTORIA 3123, Australia.
  • All personalised items are not eligible for returns, so please choose carefully.
  • All items must be in new & unused condition with all tags attached.
  • All returns and exchanges will not be processed until the product is returned to VURDAN.
  • Return postage is at your expense. Make sure your order is sent via secure methods of post, as we cannot offer any reimbursement until we have received the items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 24-48 hours.

Please note that original shipping charges or related expense e.g. duties and/or import taxes will not be refunded. Once a refund is processed, your financial institution can take 3 – 7 business days to process the funds back into your account.

If you require a refund and you have used Afterpay as your payment method, you will receive conformation via afterpay when the amount deducted from your account has been reimbursed to your allocated account.
